Easy-to-Use Program

Pros

I like how well-organized everything is, and how clear the reports are. The system is simple to understand, making it easier to stay on top of things.

Cons

Customer service needs to be faster and should respond to emails on time.

Organizational disorder

Pros

Since the company took over, I haven't been impressed with much. While the people are nice, it doesn't really change the fact that the issues are still there, which is a bit frustrating.

Cons

It would be great if payroll could be deducted and issued to employees 3 days ahead of the check date.

Very flexible to use

Pros

I really admire how convenient it is to be able to log in from anywhere. It makes accessing the system much easier whenever I need to.

Cons

I can't think of any complaints so far. Everything has been going well.

Game changer for me!

Pros

After the company I worked for was acquired by Asure, the transition was smooth. My services have improved, and I'm really happy with my payroll specialist. She's incredibly knowledgeable, always available when I need help, and makes my work life so much easier. Plus, the fact that I always get an immediate email response confirming they've received my message and are working on my account is a nice touch.

Cons

Initially, I didn't love the high turnover rate of employees when the company I worked for was acquired, but now I have had the same payroll specialist for a while and I am very happy with her and her team.

Payroll automation tools

Pros

The website is very detailed, which I find really helpful. It gives me all the information I need, and I don't have to spend time searching for answers.

Cons

It has taken me a long time to figure out how to enter data, find certain information, and navigate the website. As a smaller company, I'm not sure this is the best fit for me. I feel like I'm paying for a service that takes longer to understand and figure out.

I love it

Pros

I always find the people friendly and willing to help when needed. The payroll process is quick, and entering the weekly payroll is usually very easy and simple. I really appreciate it.

Cons

As a small company, it's important to me that we don't receive so much unnecessary information. There are too many emails and requests for irrelevant information. You ask for feedback on everything, and I find that a waste of my time, which is why I don't respond. This seems to be the new normal for companies, but it's really frustrating.

Reliable support

Pros

I'm always able to reach Asure when I need help. They're very responsive, and payroll is sent back to me quickly. If I need any corrections made, they get done in a timely manner, which I really appreciate.

Cons

I wish the reports were more customizable so I could adjust them to fit our specific needs.

Love the team

Pros

I love that the staff can input their own hours into the payroll system, which makes the whole process much more efficient. It's also really convenient that I can easily approve the payroll and immediately see who hasn't approved theirs yet.

Cons

In the new, more automated system we switched to from Evolution, the layout for payroll is difficult to navigate. The buttons to click are scattered all over the screen (some on top, some on the bottom, and some on the side), and the wording can be small, while the boxes are large. This makes it time-consuming and frustrating to find what you need. Also, some of the screens are too big to fit on the screen properly, no matter the size of the monitor. You have to scroll back and forth to see the whole screen. I haven't found a way to adjust it yet, which is another challenge.

User friendly software

Pros

The process of submitting employee hours is so simple. Reports are also sent back to me quickly, usually within a few hours, which helps me stay on top of things.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to get a live person on the phone, but I don't need to speak to someone live very often.

Payroll tax management

Pros

Asure Payroll is very easy to use and I'm always impressed by the quick response times from customer service whenever I need help.

Cons

I'm unable to run special reports as needed, which is frustrating.
