Pros

Since switching to Acquire TM, we have had a lot of great applicants. Also the software is easy to use and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

To customize your options, you need to spend a bit more money, but other than that I don't have any complaints.

Perfect match for our business size
Pros

It is simply perfect for smaller companies. The user interface is also simple and new users can learn it quickly. Lastly I would like to appreciate the support team as they have been outstanding as well.

Cons

We are a mid-small company, and I think anything larger might be limited by the available features. Also the price was slightly higher than expected, but the support makes up for that.

Pros

Acquire TM system is really easy to use, especially if it is your first candidate management tool. And customer service has been responsive to our suggestions for feature improvements.

Cons

The customization options are somewhat limited unless you go for the enterprise option. Also there were times when getting technical assistance was a bit slow.

Pros

I found the applicant tracking and onboarding systems really helpful. As they are super easy to navigate and very user-friendly.

Cons

There is really nothing bad about this product.

Top-tier product with amazing customer support!
Pros

The system is simple to use and set up and there's plenty of support available. Like from my initial inquiry to the sale and implementation, everything was really smooth.

Cons

We absolutely love it and there isn't much we dislike. Everything has been great and the only thing we regret is not purchasing it sooner.

My review of Acquire
Pros

It is really user-friendly and easy to navigate, whether or not you have had training. And the vendor has been super helpful to us. We have gone back and forth a lot on the career page and job listing page, and they've been very patient with us, especially since it's taken some time. We have also had a few staff changes that required extra training, and they have been great with that too.

Cons

As mentioned, it's really easy to use. We had some questions during setup and while establishing the workflow, mainly because we did not fully understand things during our training. There are some calendar features we'd like to see enhanced, which are available with other vendors, but AcquireTM excels in other areas. We also experienced some delays in getting responses to our questions during implementation. While the process took a bit longer than expected, we also took our time with decisions, which contributed to the delay.

An excellent talent management system
Pros

The customer service is exceptional. Any changes we need to make to the system are implemented almost immediately. And their development team is very efficient and customer-focused. We definitely made the right choice with this vendor.

Cons

Honestly, there hasn't been anything I have disliked about the product.

Great support from the Acquire team
Pros

Software pricing is reasonable and the product's capabilities are outstanding. The fields give us valuable information to screen candidates and we can even have candidates list references for us to contact after the interview.

Cons

The only issue we have faced is that printing out the application and candidate details takes a bit longer. It would be nice if it were more condensed and easier to read.
