Pros
ApplicantStack software is very easy to use and handles all HR tasks easily. It also makes onboarding a breeze which I see as a big plus.
Cons
I do not have any major issues to mention. It's been a great experience overall.

ApplicantStack handles onboarding, required forms, communication, email notifications, signing and much more. Also I find it highly user-friendly, easy to navigate and very intuitive.

Honestly, I can't say I have had any complaints at all.

It's made the job posting process so much easier for both our HR department and project teams. I can post multiple job listings to different boards straight through the system without needing to involve HR and I can see applicants profiles live as they come in. As a hiring manager, this is invaluable for me.
Cons
Sometimes the customizability options can feel a bit overwhelming, but I see it as a good thing. I just haven't explored all the customization features yet.

Posting jobs and getting resumes has never been easier. Whenever I have questions, the customer service team responds quickly which is really helpful.

Editing job postings and candidate profiles is very easy. The automatic messages are also really helpful and save a lot of time.
Cons
I have noticed a bit of inconsistency with resumes and the salary isn't shown on the postings. It would also be helpful if candidates or applications had a suggested category showing where they applied from, like Indeed or the company website.

It was so easy to get started and set up quickly. It really helps us manage the application process and the volume of candidates. Customer support is great too as they really meet our needs.
Cons
I feel like it could definitely use some updates, especially since the relationship between jobs and candidates can sometimes be a bit tricky to manage.

The best feature of ApplicantStack is eliminating paper and streamlining both recruitment and onboarding. It has allowed us to evaluate candidates and move them through the process much more efficiently. Plus the automatic communication with candidates throughout the process is a huge time saver. We have also received positive feedback from applicants and new hires.
Cons
I did really like it if candidates moved into the Do Not Pursue category could automatically become inactive. I don't get why you have to mark them as Withdrawn to make them inactive. Also, it would be great to have a retention feature that automatically purges the job and its candidates based on our organization's retention schedule.
