I found it easy to access and for the most part, it is very simple to use.

It is not very practical, as the loading times were extremely long.

Great, but could use some improvements

Pros

I love that it integrates with TOAST POS. We use it for schedule enforcement, sales, and labor forecasting on the budget tool. It is easy to use, and the app for employees is easy. The functions are basic but important, with no unnecessary features... Everything is easy to find.

Cons

Customer service has really declined over the past five years. Also, there are only two management tiers (manager and assistant manager), and managers cannot modify other managers. This means we have to have admins at each location and contact support to add or remove admins. I have suggested creating a super admin role, but nothing has changed.

Useful tool for managing employees

Pros

It has been an excellent tool for team management and task scheduling. It helps me communicate effectively with my team. The interface is user-friendly and makes sending announcements and messages easy for me. The software is also reasonably priced.

Cons

Sometimes, there is a delay when updating task progress and customer support could be improved a bit. Other than that, it is a good tool.

7shifts is just what it is

Pros

7shifts is easy to see and understand what is needed, but the software is quite empty.

Cons

There were too many empty spaces and not enough specific details about team members and time management. I had a hard time scheduling with 7Shifts because it didn't provide clear information about total work hours and earnings for each team member.

Best app for shift work!

Pros

All the information I need for my work shifts is in one place: the days I work, who I'm working with, and any special events that are happening. It is easy to contact others if I need to switch shifts since I can see who is and isn't working on specific days.

Cons

There isn't really anything I don't like about 7Shifts since it provides all the information I need for my weekly schedule in one place.

I love it

Pros

7Shifts makes it easy for me to schedule my team and communicate with them. The app ensures they stay connected and are aware of their schedules. They can let me know their needs, and it is great for keeping the team in touch.

Cons

I don't like that I can't set shift times and have them stay the same. 7Shifts can sometimes experience lags, which are inconvenient, but it does eventually work.

Simple and effective software

Pros

I can choose my own schedule each week, and it's easy to do. It is very user-friendly to add, drop, and trade shifts.

Cons

I had no problems with it, so there are no cons for me.
